HOURS: Normal Arena Operating Hours Are: 6:00am – 9:00pm - MST, Normal Office Hours Are: 9:00am -3:00pm – MST, Mon - Fri ARENA FEES: ARENA #1 This arena is covered and is excellent for any type of event, it is our premier arena. - Size is 150’ x 400’ - Office and announcer stand is elevated with A/C and P.A. system - Roping chute, alley and holding pens - September 1st – May 31st $1,000 / day - June 1st – August 31st $800 / day - Lights $35 / hour ARENA #2 This arena is un-covered and is perfect for cutting, penning and horsemanship clinics. - Size is 110’ x 220’ - Office and announcer stand is elevated with A/C and P.A. system - Set up for cutting and penning with holding pens - September 1st – May 31st $600 / day - June 1st – August 31st $400 / day - Lights $35 / hour ARENA #3 This arena is un-covered and is great for barrel racing, roping, jumping and driving. It is a very versatile arena. - Size is 150’ x 400’ - Ground level entry office and elevated announcers stand with A/C and P.A. system - Roping chute, alley and holding pens - September 1st – May 31st $800 / day - June 1st – August 31st $600 / day - Lights $35 / hour
LARGE FIELD Large grass field (approximately 2 acres) ideal for dog shows, livestock shows and other events requiring a large fenced private area. - September 1st – May 31st $300 / day - June 1st – August 31st $200 / day
INCLUDED IN ARENA RENTAL FEES: The first harrow & water is included in the daily rental of each arena plus Entry Office, Announcers Stands, Restrooms/Showers, Roping Chutes (Arena #1 and #3), and Cattle Holding Pens are included at no additional charge. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Water - Each additional 4,000 gallons $50.00 . Tractor / Operator for additional harrows the lesser of $30.00 per harrow or $150.00 per day.
For multi day events and multiple events within a 12 month period we can customize a package that fits your needs and meets your budget. Special consideration will also be given to youth groups and charitable non-profit organizations.
• We request arena rentals be reserved at least 30 days in advance of event date(s). A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve an arena. • A rental contract must be completed and an insurance certificate provided prior to any event. • Any event exceeding 500 participants must secure a temporary use permit through Maricopa County and be posted 10 days prior to the event.
GENERAL USAGE: Dunn’s Arena is privately owned and shall enforce the rules and regulations in our Policies Document. All users of - Dunn’s Arena are expected to observe these rules and regulations.
